So - things did not work out with Annabelle - she did not like the 3 yr old grandkids and was growling at them and snipping, this can not be tolerated in anyway with a service dog.  I have decided we are going to apply for a service dog from one of these 2 places http://www.ksds.org/ or http://4pawsforability.org/.

As of today Madison has not has any noticeable seizures since 8/18/2013, I do believe she is having silent seizures, she just seems to fall asleep at anytime and is extremely hard to wake – if she even wakes up.

Madison has grown 3ft 3 inches and 30 lbs! we have to get 6x clothes to ensure some room for growth!

Just after Christmas we went to meet a lady who trains service dogs, we wanted to know if a SD could help Madison or not, and to see the type of dogs and task's that the dogs can preform.  Helen let in 2 mixed 3 moth old puppies, and like puppies they were all over.  Then she let in a golden retriever - the dog went past the 3 dogs in the house, past my older daughter on the floor, and past Helen straight to Madison - Annabelle (the dog) chose Madison!

So I have been busy getting doggie items for Annabelle, soon she will be home!

Here is just a small list of task's that Annabelle will be trained to preform for Madison - first seizure alert - we have no way of knowing if Madison has had a seizure at night or not.  Annabelle can get shoes, diapers, block Madison from the fireplace and from going under the TV.
